Part of the suspensory apparatus of the penis lies in its ligamentous structure. The ligaments are part of what holds the penis to the body - allowing it to be statically flaccid and attached to the body and also allowing it to remain attached to the body during the dynamic-based erective state. The ligaments not only anchor the penis to the body but they also restrict the length of the penis upon erection.
We won't go into the histology of the ligaments themselves, but we should be aware of the longitudinal structure of the fibers of such ligaments. In a healthy and normal ligament (dis-ease free), the fibers of the ligaments are arranged in a longitudinal array with the fibers being parallel and slightly overlapping down the course of the ligament.
When a ligament is subjected to strain, stress, or traumatic sprain, these fibers will tend to orient themselves in a non-parallel and non-longitudinal direction. Which is to say that they become cross-hatched and do not have their original-intended orientation. This leads to a decrease in the length of the ligament and decreases the amount of elasticity (which there was little to begin with) in the ligament.
Reasons for causing this structural change in the penile ligaments are many: Excessive masturbation, trauma to the penis (such as exiting a woman and hitting her skin instead of penetrating the vagina causing a sprain/strain of the penis), and any other factor that may sprain the penis or inflict a strain on its tissues.
This re-assembly of the ligamental fibers needs to be addressed to increase the normal penis length; and especially if a man wants to enlarge himself via stretching of these ligaments. Smooth and delicate stretching of these ligaments will help re-align the fibers and allow a greater length; but also a manual approach is better utilized to help re-educate these fibers to become in proper alignment and restore length and elasticity to the ligament. This is done via manually working the ligament(s) with the fingers or a small object, such as a pencil eraser, to help break apart this cross-hatching and restore proper structural function to the ligament.

Bantam Silkie Chick Help!?
About 1-2 days after hatching, once the chick is completely dry, is there still a chance that it might carry salmonella? Thank you for all of your answers.
Basically if a chick it has salmonella the chick will die before it even dries.
Avoid touching the chick for the chicks safety. Chicks are very fragile the first couple weeks of age and can die from a simple squeeze from a child.
The oils on your hands are also bad for the chicks down.
