Is it illegal for farm equipment to be on the highway in Michigan at night?
I'm talking about those huge farm trucks that drive pretty slowly and only have 1 light on the back, and you can't see them at night.
It depends, if they have lights on them, they can legally be on the roads at night. If as you say it has a light on it, they why can you not see this?
